Refunds & Returns

We know from the feedback we receive from you that you love us to hunt down the best products at bargain prices. We love to give you the best products at the best prices too. To do this we try to keep all of our costs down including the cost of covering returns from our customers and do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. So when you're at the checkout, take a second to run your eye over your order for any mistakes or errors before submitting because once you've submitted it, it's too late!! Any costs involved in returning the product e.g. freight are not covered by us. Also we cannot accept any opened products back unless there is a genuine fault with the product. If you change your mind and we cannot return the product to our suppliers we cannot refund you. In other cases we are charged 20% restocking fee which we need to pass on unfortunately.

Out of Stock and Backorders
While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfill your order or source a replacement product. If this should occur we will contact you and offer either a store credit for the value of your purchase or a full refund.
