We ship to anywhere in New Zealand.

All orders incur a $5.50 + GST Freight Charge. If you order other items that you require urgently or bulk items (ie.Printers, Furniture, Paper orders), there will be a freight charge this will be charge based on the weight of the goods and the destination it is to be sent to.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as is possible, usually the next courier run and ship via the fastest method we reasonably can. Our Logistic centers use both NZ Couriers and Courier post. all Items are signature required unless you request other wise. If there are any delays we will contact you with details.

All items should be signed for, we will not leave any items without a signature. Our carriers will attempt to deliver on 3 consecutive days. If you have received a card notification that the couriers have tried to deliver, please contact them directly in the first instance.

Furniture is shipped direct from our suppliers and generally takes 3-4 days for delivery.

If you have an item on backorder, that means it is not in stock in our warehouse. This item will be shipped when it is back in stock. For the subsequent delivery of an item that is shipped directly from the supplier, delivery time may vary depending on product and location.
